Returns Policy and Information

Online Returns

Returns are allowed within 30 days of original purchase, if product is in NEW condition - cannot have been used or ridden. Return shipping is paid for by the customer. Once an item is returned, please allow up to 7 business days for your refund to be processed. We do not refund shipping charges, only product cost with applicable restocking fees will be refunded.  Item must be in brand new condition and cannot have been used. If item is used we will return item and not issue a refund.

Restock fees will apply as follows:

  • Return Request - The buyer changes their mind* about a purchase and returns an item in the original condition within the return window.
  • Restocking Fee - Yes, up to 20% of item's price
  • Return Request - The buyer returns an item in the original condition more than 15 days past the return window. The 15 days allow for return transportation from the buyer to the seller.
  • Restocking Fee - Yes, up to 20% of item's price.
  • Return Request - The buyer receives damaged or defective item.
  • Restocking Fee - No.  If an item is received defective or falls under our warranty policy please contact Gravity Group, Inc. so we can assist with the warranty process.
  • Return Request - The buyer changes their mind about a purchase and returns an item within the 30 day return window, but the seller receives the item damaged or materially different than how it was originally shipped to the buyer.
  • Restocking Fee - Yes, up to 50% of item's price.
  • Return Request - Items that are damaged, missing parts, not in the original condition, or have obvious signs of use for reasons not due to seller error.
  • Restocking Fee - Yes, up to 50% of item's price.
