Fasen Protection

Two ranges, one standard. Certified multi-sport helmets with TriFlow cooling and a three-pad fit system, and Slider Pro knee pads with replaceable hard caps. Scooter, bike, skate, BMX or blades — protection built for the way you actually ride.

Helmet certifications AS/NZS 2063 EN1078 CE ASTM F1492-22

Helmets

Two shells, six colourways, one fit system. Build your helmet below — every colour and every angle — then check the sizing before you buy.

Pro Level · Polycarbonate

TriFlow Pro

Our Feather Lite build. A robust polycarbonate hardshell over an EPS foam core drops the weight to 250–310 g without giving up a gram of protection — the helmet for riders who forget they're wearing one.

The Tech

Four things every Fasen helmet does, whichever shell you pick.

TriFlow — 30% Cooler

Shell vents, an imprinted flow channel in the foam and open padding work as one system to pull heat out instead of trapping it.

Precision Comfort Dial

One hand, one turn. Micro-adjust the cradle mid-session and the helmet stays put through every bail.

Super Absorbent Pads

Three sets of 3D-formed anti-bacterial padding ship in every box — dial the fit in, wash them out, do it again.

Feather Lite Design

Hardshell exterior over an EPS core, engineered down to 250–310 g on the Pro. Protection you stop noticing.

Which One?

Pro or TriFlow

Same certifications, same TriFlow cooling, same three sizes. The Pro trades the ABS shell for polycarbonate and sheds around 100 g; the TriFlow gives you twice the colour choice.

Fit Guide

Check Your Size

Measure the circumference of your head just above the eyebrows, then match it to the table. Every helmet ships with three pad thicknesses to fine-tune from there.

How to Measure

  1. Run a soft tape around your head, just above the eyebrows and around the widest point at the back.
  2. Note the measurement at the point of overlap — keep the tape snug, not tight.
  3. Match it to a size in the table. If you land between two, take the larger.
  4. Fine-tune with the three included pad sets, then lock it in with the comfort dial.

Just above the eyebrows, around the widest point at the back.

The Full Line-Up

Six Colourways

Every Fasen helmet on the shelf, ready to ship.

Slider Pads

Knee protection built for grinds and slides, with a hard cap you replace instead of the whole pad. Colours, sizing and replacement caps — all of it below.

Fasen Slider Pro Knee Pads
The Range

Slider Pro Knee Pads

Low-profile hard-shell knee protection for park and street. A breathable neoprene sleeve and dual adjustable straps keep the pad locked in while the replaceable slider cap takes the hit — grind, slide, repeat.

Two Colours

Pick Your Pair

Same pad, same protection, two finishes — and five cap colours to change the look whenever you wear a set through.

Fit Guide

Size Your Pads

Measure the circumference of your thigh (above the knee) and calf (below the knee), then match both to the tables for the right fit.

How to Measure

  1. Wrap a soft tape around your thigh, roughly 10 cm above the knee cap.
  2. Wrap it around your calf, roughly 10 cm below the knee cap.
  3. Keep the tape snug but not tight, and stand relaxed.
  4. Match both measurements to a size — if they fall in different rows, size to your thigh.

Pads are sold as a pair and come in four sizes, XS to LG. The dual straps take up the slack either side of a size, so if you land on a boundary the smaller size will usually sit tighter to the knee.

Fasen Pro Knee Pad Caps

Worn your caps down to the core? Swap in a fresh set of replaceable hard-shell slider caps and get straight back on it — available in five colours.

Ride Covered

Protection shouldn't hold you back. Fasen Protection is built for riders who push their limits. Combining certified safety, rider-focused comfort, and durable construction. Pick your protection, so you can focus on progression, not the falls.
